Rural Education Experts Cambodia (REEC) works within the rural education sector of Cambodia, primarily supporting children who lack access to education. Our mission involves providing rural schools with educational resources, thus fostering interactive and enjoyable learning experiences for the children. Through collaborative efforts with the government and local communities, we are committed to ensuring educational equity for all children. Our head office is located in Banlung, Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia.

What is REEC?
We are a local team that believes in the importance of education and is dedicated to helping reconstruct our country in the aftermath of the Khmer Rouge genocide, which left us with zero education. Our focus is on providing educational opportunities for children in rural areas who lack access to schooling.
Our Programs
Our programs include kindergartens, primary schools, secondary school dormitories, partnerships with international schools, and volunteer opportunities. Additionally, we offer scholarships for vocational training, advocate for climate change awareness, and foster sustainability through collaborative efforts with local communities and government bodies.

Our partners include international schools and volunteers who support our educational initiatives through fundraising and service provision. They help to cultivate enriching learning environments, promote cross-cultural understanding, and contribute to the sustainability and success of our programs in rural Cambodia.
